This hands-on leadership role reports to the General Manager and works closely with the Executive, Public Affairs and Communications Manager, and Calvary’s national philanthropy team to drive fundraising growth, strengthen brand visibility, and cultivate enduring relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community organisations. CFRE accreditation or FIA membership highly regardedApplied understanding of the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 and philanthropic governance requirements.Exceptional communicator with strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills across corporate, community and government sectors.Strategic, collaborative and purpose-driven, with a genuine passion for connecting generosity with improved patient care and community outcomes.
