They are supportive, sociable and get sh*t done.” Maddie Gordon - Team Lead Geelong Joining our Geelong team as an Allied Health Assistant you will assist our Multidisciplinary team(MDT) in supporting our participants across a wide variety of clinical disciplines. Geelong location offers: Plentiful options for those who bring their pup into work, with Barwon River and Belmont dog park only a few hundred metres away. Nearby Newtown end of Pakington Street for a quick coffee or lunch option. Across the road from GMHBA stadium for any Cats fan’s looking to catch a Friday night game after work. Service travel radius incorporates Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coasts - take advantage of Better Flex if there’s good weather! Geographical reach; we cover all of Geelong up to Lara region out to Bannockburn region across the around Anglesea on the Surf Coast and all the Bellarine Peninsula. It’s a large region but we proactively geo-bubble clinicians and work with them to stack their appointments to limit travel to 30 mins where possible - some parts of our coverage are MM4/5 so we can bill up to an hour travel each way. Day-to-day You Will

  • Support our clinicians in conducting meaningful assessments to inform our participants therapy plans.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Prepare our clinic rooms, resources and equipment for our participant sessions.

About You: We're after qualified Allied Health Assistants who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.   • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
