The Role With roles available across; Cockburn, Inglewood, Joondalup OR Mount Hawthorn You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6-65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Psychosocial disability

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

• A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
• 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
• 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
• 4 paid study leave days per year

What You’ll Need

• Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
• Passion for supporting people with disability
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
