We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to support a critical healthcare environment. Reporting to the Operations Centre Team Leader in Adelaide, you will manage client requests, coordinate service delivery accurately, efficiently, and within KPI timeframes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resilient, and enjoys working in a small team focused on day-to-day client service operations with strong call centre or operations centre experience. You will bring a calm, professional phone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and action requests quickly while maintaining accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming client calls and inquiries promptly.
• Lodge work requests via CMMS and coordinate with service providers.
• Maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting of service requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OHS & E policies and BGIS business systems.
• Support a small team while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in a Customer Service Centre environment.
• Strong professional telephone manner, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS platforms.
• English Proficiency: CEFR level B2 or above
• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Flexibility and resilience to handle a challenging team and environment.
• Proof of COVID vaccination and up-to-date immunisations.

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Customer Service.
• Experience in Facility Management or trade service coordination.
