Join the Beresford Estate as our Event Operations Manager, where you’ll lead the delivery of unforgettable weddings, corporate events, and private functions. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the driving force behind our events, you’ll oversee everything from setup and service through to pack down, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction

• Lead the planning and execution of weddings, functions, and corporate events across the Estate
• Collaborate with the Event Sales Manager and Estate Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Coordinate staff rosters and service providers
• Manage stock ordering, inventory checks, and event setup/pack down
• Act as the Responsible Person on site during events
• Resolve issues with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves with a smile
• Promote the Estate within the tourism industry and seek new opportunities

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in event and function management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work across a flexible 7-day roster
• RSA accreditation and RP badge required
• Passionate about wine, food, and creating memorable experiences
