Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Construction Co-ordinator experience in compliance, pool design, construction and material / trade co-ordination. Office location in Campbelltown NSW 2560. The Construction Co-ordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including contract management, timeline, variations, customer communication, on-site supervisor and trade support, managing project budgets, ensuring construction safety, and maintaining project timeline and contractural control.

The coordinator will work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality and will be exceptional with Customer Service and Record Data Management.

Qualifications

• Experience with Professional Project Management in the Construction Industry (residential)
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field
