Our mission focuses on providing high-quality support tailored to the unique needs of each participant. Role Description This is a casual Support Worker role located in Adelaide, SA. The Support Worker will help individuals with daily living activities, provide personal care, assist with mobility, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate documentation, promoting the well-being of participants, and contributing to a person-centered approach in line with the NDIS framework. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and participants are pivotal to this role. Qualifications
- Proven experience in support work and providing care to individuals with diverse needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with participants, families, and team members
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and compliance with industry standards
- Ability to provide technical support and practical assistance when required
- Relevant certifications, such as First Aid, CPR, and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), are required
- Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Understanding of the NDIS framework and its principles is a plus
