Our client partner is a global pharmaceutical organisation known for innovation, strong growth, and an enviable product pipeline. With several upcoming launches and a bold vision for the future, they are now seeking a National Commerical Analyst/Key Account Manager (KAM) to join their Sales & Marketing team in Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the General Manager, with occasional travel required.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage relationships with key healthcare stakeholders including hospitals, KOLs, payers, wholesalers, distributors and procurement authorities.
  • Support market access and reimbursement, including PBS listings, tenders, and formulary inclusion
  • Collect and analyse sales data (IQVIA and internal), providing insights and preparing PBS price disclosure reports.
  • Oversee customer relations with wholesalers, pharmacies, and hospitals including stock reviews, discounts, tenders and contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and finance to align initiatives.
  • Report on sales performance, trends, and effectiveness to track progress against commercial objectives.

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, sales force effectiveness, sales operations, or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM/sales analytics tools; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
