About The Home Holly Aged Care is conveniently located close to the southern end of the Southern Expressway, with the Onkaparinga River National Park close by. Our home is situated on the bus route to Colonnades Shopping Centre less than five kilometres away, and connected by other transport routes to the wider metropolitan area. About The Opportunity As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home. With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including rostering, admissions, reception, documentation/record management and compliance. The current opportunity is fortnightly Week 1 & 2 0830-1630pm Monday to Wednesday To be successful, you will have

  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police Check
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
  • Rostering experience
  • Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and rostering systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
