About the Role:

This role has opened as our residential division has grown significantly and requires a dedicated manager for all housing, support teams & clients. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, establish & manage support teams & rosters, SIL houses, maintain compliance with NDIS standards, liaise with clients support networks, support coordinators & allied health professionals to organise their ongoing supports.

You'll work closely with the Director, Operations Manager and will be provided a personal Executive Assistant to ensure smooth service delivery across all programs.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Experience in disability or community services

✅ Understanding of NDIS compliance and reporting

✅ Passion for people and continuous improvement

✅ Strong administrative skills

✅ An accountable solution provider who does not need micro managing

📍 Location: Perth, WA (Flexible - mostly able work from home apart from some meetings)

💼 Full-time role (24/7 SIL houses can sometimes require unexpected hours of work - must be committed & available to ensure continuity of supports are never at risk)
