Account Manager

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused graduate to join our Cement business and develop into a successful Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work directly with customers, and learn the commercial side of a large industrial business. Whether you've built your customer service skills in retail, hospitality, sales support, or another people-focused role, we'll provide the training, mentoring, and support to help you grow into a successful sales professional. Your next opportunity Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll support and develop customer relationships across our limestone portfolio while learning the fundamentals of account management and business development. This role offers the perfect blend of field-based relationship building and office-based planning, providing exposure to customers, products, and the broader construction materials industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Learning our limestone products and their applications
• Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
• Spending approximately 3 days per week visiting customers and sites
• Working 2 days per week from our North Ryde office

What are we looking for? We're seeking someone who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop a long-term career in sales. You will ideally bring:

• A recently completed degree in Business, Commerce, Science, Arts, or a related discipline
• 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine interest in sales, construction materials, manufacturing, or industrial products
• The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
