Bowlsome & JNR Food Co is a growing food business committed to quality, efficiency, and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Logistics & Distribution Officer to support our logistics and distribution operations at Ridleyton, SA.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products are accurately documented, prepared, and dispatched to meet both wholesale and home delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, check, and facilitate all outbound distribution documentation

Create, manage, and reconcile Home Delivery manifests

Ensure accuracy of delivery paperwork in line with internal and customer requirements

Liaise with internal teams and drivers to support smooth dispatch and delivery processes

Assist with scheduling and coordination of outbound orders

Maintain organised records of deliveries, manifests, and distribution paperwork

Support continuous improvement of logistics and documentation processes

About You:

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident working with documentation, spreadsheets, and basic systems

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Previous experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or administration is highly regarded but not essential
