About the Role:
We are seeking an outstanding FP&A Specialist or Financial Analyst with strong analytical capability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Planning & Performance, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, modelling, forecasting, and business partnering across the organisation. This is a hands‑on role working with senior leaders, technology teams, and operational units to drive informed decision‑making.

Your Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar field
- Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) desirable
- Successful track record of experience in a similar FP&A or financial analysis role
- Strong financial modelling, variance analysis and forecasting techniques
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Experience with ERP/CRM/BI systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Salesforce, CRM Analytics platforms) preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with non‑finance stakeholders
- High attention to detail, process‑oriented mindset, and proactive approach to problem‑solving
