The role:
As the Presales Solutions Architect you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and consulting expertise to assist Brennan to win new business and retain existing customers.
The Presales Solution Architect will provide thought leadership to existing and new customers with regards to Managed Services, Cloud Adoption & Transformation (Azure/AWS), Hybrid Cloud, Modern Workplace, Networking & Security and SDWAN. You will have the ability to influence and lead conversations with internal stakeholders, senior sales management and senior customer representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging via our Account and BDM teams, with existing customers and new prospects, to understand their business, drivers, challenges and desired outcomes and develop solutions to meet those objectives.
- Support our Account and BDM teams to qualify opportunities in line with Brennan’s portfolio of solutions and offerings.
- Respond to customer approaches to market, be that through RFx style responses or direct requests from customers.
- Engage across our business with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to formulate compelling solutions, propositions and proposals that meet the needs of the customer, in line with Brennan’s outcomes.
- Engage across the sales process from early engagement and inception, solution development and iteration, negotiation to final order form generation and transition to delivery.
What skills and experience you bring:
- Passion for solving customer problems and delivering amazing customer outcomes.
- A proven track record in a presales, sales or consultancy environment in an IT solutions business with experience in Cloud Services and IT outsourcing / managed services.
- Confident presenting in front of peers, Senior Leaders and Customers with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Complex RFP Responses, solution design, ability to articulate the value proposition of an overall solution, both verbally and in copy.
- Inquisitive and innovative, ability to respectfully challenge and present solutions backed with evidence and experience.
