The role

Lead consulting engagements for our clients across business and technology Transformation.

Engage with clients, run workshops, gather insights and identify ways to improve their business.

You will deliver consultancy across AI & Responsible AI, Data & Information Strategy, Enterprise & Technology Architecture, Transformation & Change, and Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity (DR/BCP).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead stakeholder workshops to define architecture vision, current vs future state and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide architectural governance to ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy and standards.
• Design pragmatic strategies across digital transformation, AI adoption and technology modernisation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internally within Brennan, to understand client problems and develop solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in in senior consulting/business advisory engagements.
• Experience with enterprise-level consulting engagements, with knowledge of defining architecture roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Broad knowledge of modern architecture (cloud, data, AI, integration).
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to successfully deliver multiple client engagements concurrently.

Desirable

Knowledge in any area of specialisation outlined below would be an advantage in this role:

• AI Strategy & Responsible AI: AI Strategy & use‑case identification, value vs risk assessment.
• Data & Information Strategy: Data Governance frameworks policies.
• Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy: Business & IT alignment & enterprise architecture
• Application & Technology Lifecycle Management: ALM, CMDB & asset lifecycle.
• Transformation & Change Management: Enterprise planning, change impact & adoption.
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Business Continuity Plans / Disaster Recovery Strategy
