Job Description Reporting to the Operations Manager, the unique position presents the opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of schemes within a large complex and prestigious multi-disciplined residential development. The diversity and variety of this position offers a challenging and rewarding role for the right applicant. A reasonable level of computer literacy is essential to ensure your success in this position, along with an understanding of working with large scale facility repairs. You know that you’ve got what it takes because you have:
- Experience in facilities, building or asset management
- Diverse practical experience in a building/civil environment
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships at a professional and business level
- A motivated proactive approach with a strong team player attitude
- Ability to understand and interpret contractual and statutory documentation
- Willingness to follow operational processes and procedures

Often being the first point of contact with owners, residents and contractors you will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, responding to and resolving issues, presenting management reports at Body Corporate meetings, managing the administrative functions and maintaining or coordinating the repair of facilities. Importantly, you'll be representing the Cambridge Management Servicesbrand and your professional attitude coupled with confident communication style will ensure that all matters are handled effectively for stakeholders. Please Note: You must be willing to be available for emergency matters and ‘after hours’ calls on a roster. Applying for this position starts with an online application.
