Our client is an Australian, expanding business with a premium portfolio of award-winning spirits and brands. As they continue to grow nationally and internationally, they’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution across multiple channels and markets.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business in growth mode where creativity and innovation is encouraged. As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll have full ownership of the brand and play a key role in shaping the future of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the strategic direction of the portfolio
  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing plans (ATL, BTL, digital, experiential)
  • Lead innovation and NPD from concept through to launch and execution
  • Partner closely with the sales team to deliver aligned trade and channel strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies, production, and design partners to deliver world-class brand assets
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and campaign ROI
  • Conduct brand performance reviews, market analysis, and insights-led planning
  • Build strong internal relationships across sales, supply, operations, and the leadership team
  • Contribute to a high-performing, entrepreneurial culture

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager role - preferably within FMCG, beverages or alcohol
  • Experience leading 360-degree brand campaigns from concept to execution
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business objectives
  • Experience in NPD and innovation management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A creative thinker who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Passion for brand building and a genuine interest in the drinks industry
