About The Role You’ll support our scheduling team with a variety of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting branch representatives, completing to do lists, and helping with other queries. Your role will be key in keeping things running smoothly across our branches. You Will Be Responsible For

  • Administration and accurate data entry
  • Outbound calling
  • Receive and respond to phone calls and email enquiries from clients
  • Responsible for sending purchase order requests, billing changes, and technical queries
  • Manage and communicate client lead time adjustments

About You We are looking for an experienced administrator who would consider themselves a high achiever and team player. Working in an open plan environment, you will be flexible, approachable, a problem solver with an eye for detail. You must be a confident communicator and have the ability to learn quickly whilst working within a fast-paced environment. Key Skills & Attributes

  • Recent experience in an office environment, within either Customer Service or Administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow through ability
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written and an outstanding telephone manner
  • Time management and organisational skills are key
  • IT savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • A background in liaising with customers in a high-volume environment will be desirable
  • Knowledge of the building industry would be highly regarded, but not essential
