They are responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, clinical quality and safety aspects of the practice. This role will lead the delivery of a health service recognised for its exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes and highest level of clinical safety and quality. This is a key Bupa leadership role delivering exceptional performance, ensuring Bupa is loved by customers and employees love working at Bupa.   What you’ll need to make it possible 

• Available to work full-time, 38 hours per week onsite  
• Strong leadership skills and exposure to people management within the health industry  
• Demonstrated commitment to, and practice of, leadership driven culture and building collaborative working environments  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology (Best Practice preferred)
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the practice's long-term strategies and goals.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. 
• Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and strategies to improve patient experience. 
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre.
