(SA) Design & Construct Project Manager

Location: SA, Adelaide. About The Role Seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience working within a Telecommunications Construction environment. The Project Manager requires an ability to navigate through a complex array of relationships and dependencies. An ability to work with people amicably is an absolute must. A willingness to learn build relationships through these experiences is of paramount importance. Responsibilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of the interplay between power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities (e.g., power supply authorities).
• Ability to provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters, including interactions with contract management.
• Knowledge of property management and town planning for development projects; experience in civil construction with a trade certificate or related qualification.
• Must have experience in Telecommunication Construction
• Proven and successful track record in successful project management.
• Solid understanding of the structure, purpose, and process for establishing network facilities.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively oversee a large design and delivery program, including monitoring, reviewing, and auditing for compliance, cost, and quality.
• Proven skill in managing multiple, diverse projects from conception through design and ready build, along with mentoring and instructing team members in all aspects of project management.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals associated with constructing and maintaining buildings.
• In-depth understanding of construction aspects, regulatory requirements, site sharing, and property acquisition directly linked to mobile telecommunications networks.
• Strong negotiation skills at all levels.
