About the Role: We’re looking for experienced high intensity Support Workers who can help our participants live life with choice, independence, and confidence. This rewarding role includes a mix of day, afternoon, and evening shifts providing high intensity support. To be considered for this opportunity, it’s ideal if you bring:
- Experience with personal care and manual handling
- Knowledge of epilepsy and seizure management
- Experience supporting people with autism and behaviours of concern
- Strong communication skills and experience working with non-verbal participants
- Experience working with adolescents with dysphagia/PEG feeding
- A willingness to work a variety of weekday shifts and weekends
- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
