Casuarina Square is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Centre Management team in a full-time, permanent role. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the Centre’s marketing strategy while contributing to the next chapter of the Territory’s most prominent retail destination.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of Casuarina Square’s marketing strategy in alignment with the Centre Business Plan. You will be responsible for driving brand positioning, customer experience, visitation and commercial outcomes through the execution of engaging, multi-channel campaigns, events and communications.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Centre leadership team, you will maximise on-brand income opportunities, build strong stakeholder partnerships and ensure the end-to-end customer experience continues to evolve.

Across 2026, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy and launch activity for the $65 million redevelopment of Casuarina Square, ensuring clear communication, strong brand perception and sustained customer engagement throughout the transformation.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with responsibility spanning strategy, delivery, measurement and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Centre’s annual marketing strategy in line with the Business Plan
• Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns, events, and activations
• Lead marketing communications throughout the redevelopment period
• Drive brand positioning, customer engagement, visitation, and commercial performance
• Manage the Centre’s marketing budget, media buying, and advertising briefs
• Oversee digital marketing channels and ensure best-practice execution
• Measure campaign performance, analyse results, and report on ROI
• Identify and maximise on-brand income opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Centre Management and leadership teams

Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline
• Proven experience in retail, precinct or experience-led marketing roles
• Strong capability in planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns and events
• Experience managing marketing budgets, media buying and advertising briefs
• Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms, channels and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and report on ROI
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
• Confidence working with retailers, agencies, suppliers and senior stakeholders
