About CatholicCare NT CatholicCare NT is a not-for-profit organisation, providing counselling services and programs to individuals, couples, families, children groups, schools, and agencies across the Northern Territory. Administrative staff working for CatholicCare NT facilitate the supply and management of resources that support and enhance CatholicCare NT’s programs, business objectives and initiatives. About The Role The Receptionist is responsible for providing professional, welcoming, and culturally respectful customer services skill to participants, visitors, service providers, stake holders and general public in order for the program to meet its objectives. This position has a particular focus on administrative and reception services that support service delivery. What We Are Looking For

• No formal qualification required
• Minimum one years’ experience (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to manage challenging participants
• Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
• Ability to work as part of a team
