These positions include both in-home & community support where you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients and help them to build independence through working towards individual goals. The Role Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent, and empowered lives. Recruitment will be focused on the Newcastle region and will include a number of opportunities in our SIL houses in the West Wallsend, Wallsend, and Lambton areas. Your Day-to-day May Include

• Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
• Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
• Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
• Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
• Building positive relationships with our clients

What You'll Bring We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values, are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You'll bring:

• A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference
• Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your passion & enthusiasm is key!
• NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)
• Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers

• Availability across a variety of shift times, including:

• Early mornings (6am - 9am)
• Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
• Afternoons & evenings
• Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
