Who are you?

• You’ll be a qualified CA/CPA and experienced hands-on Client Manager.
• You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with and communicating financial information to clients and colleagues at all levels.
• You’ll have a strong foundation in the basics of accounting (debits and credits) and financial analysis (financial reporting, analysis and projections).
• You’ll be friendly and personable, contributing to our positive and engaging culture.

• You’ll be proactive and enthusiastic, responding to client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• This role will require you to access client systems remotely, so you’ll be competent in dealing with technology via remote desktops and other methods.
• Attention to detail, knowledge retention, genuinely caring about your quality of work and a proactive mindset are non-negotiables.
• This is a hands-on role where you will be client facing, so you’ll be someone who can think on their feet and work largely autonomously.

Role responsibilities:

• Client management including action plans, workflow, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Technical responsibilities including preparation of monthly management financial reporting, budgets and forecasts, and analysis.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience, either in public practice or commerce
• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong management accounting and reporting experience
• Strong experience in various business taxation processes, e.g. GST, PAYG, FBT, PRT etc
• Competent with technology including virtual communication software/platforms, e.g. Zoom, Loom
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
