About The Role As a Design Manager, you'll be at the heart of our projects, which range from $5M to $40M. You'll manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams, bringing your expertise to a diverse range of projects. While not essential, experience with health-related projects is a bonus, as we have several exciting opportunities in this sector. About You We're looking for a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional with:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager with a builder.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
