Join us and be part of a journey where the future is shaped daily. The Role Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You’ll take on a role that blends hands-on development with solution design and technical mentoring. You’ll bring proven experience delivering complex full-stack solutions and the confidence to work directly with clients to shape outcomes. In this role, you’ll contribute to solution design, help embed best practices, and support the growth of others on the team — all while continuing to deepen your own expertise! What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing clean, maintainable code in .NET, C#, Node, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React, and Azure, ensuring secure and reliable solutions.
• Owning delivery of features and solutions from design through to deployment in Azure, using CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Building integrations with REST APIs, JSON, and Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
• Collaborating with solution architects, BAs, and clients to refine requirements and translate them into working solutions.
• Contributing to standards and patterns, helping to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentoring and supporting junior/mid developers, reviewing code and sharing knowledge.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+years full stack development experience across C#, .NET, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Front-end expertise with Angular and/or React (breadth across both preferred).
• Experience working with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of security and identity/access management implementation.
• Proven skills in integrations (REST APIs, JSON).
• Experience deploying applications in Azure, with good knowledge of DevOps pipelines and cloud-native services.
• Awareness of secure coding practices and identity/access management.
