Champion Data has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Finance Manager to join our team!

The Finance Manager will lead the core financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance with all domestic and international compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core finance operations, including Accounts Payable/Receivable and compliance requirements (GST, VAT, tax, and audit).
• Lead annual audit and tax return processes across all group entities.
• Manage month-end close and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review financial statements and identify opportunities to streamline reporting cycles.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis of business performance and new projects.
• Partner with the CFO on strategic finance initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and support to team members.

About You

• Extensive experience within the accounting field
• Industry experience as a Finance Manager (or similar role)
• Experience with a similar business size and overseas reach as Champion Data (ideal but not essential)
