The Role
This role will involve supporting our integration strategy, working with key integration partners (lenders, aggregators & industry bodies) to bring to life a seamless experience from the CitoPlus platform into the eco-system and will include:
- Lead the capture of requirements for integrations with key partners, including
- Undertake internal data mapping & support external data mapping / translation to different partner data schemas
- Translate business needs into requirements and user stories, working side by side with our development team developing acceptance criteri
- Work with the development team to bring features to life across the development lifecycle (including business verification and go to market activities).
About You
- 2-5 years experience as a business analyst
- Experience in working in business and technical teams in banking or financial services in a fin-tech environment
- Experience with complex data models, data mappings & API integrations
- Experience in commercial lending and/or home lending domain
- Strong understanding of agile digital product development
- Requirement analysis - documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, experience and flow diagrams
- Ability to work side by side with our technical team, working across the shaping, development and test lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail with great organisational capabilities
- Self-motivated with a passion for developing exceptional client experiences
The Work Environment

This can be from home, in our Melbourne CBD office, presenting to clients or working side by side with brokers to develop new features – flexibility is not just a policy – it’s how we work.
