Reformer Pilates - Group Exercise Instructor

About The Role As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead safe, effective, and engaging classes that inspire members to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Working closely with the Fitness Hub team, you’ll deliver innovative programming and create a professional, welcoming environment that supports every participant’s fitness journey. • Guaranteed 12-week trial period in Reformer Pilates class delivery (timetabled class) – conditions apply
• Opportunity to cover existing timetabled classes during staff leave

Essential Experience:

• Certificate 3 in Fitness or higher
• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (nationally recognised qualification or equivalent)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Experience delivering Reformer Pilates classes in a studio or fitness environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt for all fitness levels
• Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive client experience
• Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check and a pre-employment medical assessment as part of the recruitment process (funded by the City).
