The Opportunity We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Kooragang on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values commitment and teamwork. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day customer interactions, including

  • Managing high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers.
  • Coordinating and scheduling waste collection bookings efficiently.
  • Responding to customer enquiries received via email and the Cleanaway website, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Working hours for this role are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. For the first 2 to 3 months, you will undertake training with hours scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
