The Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a large enterprise program based in Brisbane.

This role will suit someone who can lead testing activities across multiple workstreams while working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will play a key role in driving testing strategy, coordination, governance, execution oversight, and defect management across the full testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across enterprise programs
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
• Develop and manage test plans, test scenarios, and execution activities
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors
• Manage defects through to resolution across multiple teams
• Provide clear reporting on risks, issues, and testing progress
• Support test governance, quality assurance, and delivery outcomes
• Drive collaboration across business and technology teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Lead within enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience managing testing across complex programs or projects
• Strong defect management and reporting capability
• Experience across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
• Ability to lead testing teams and coordinate across multiple streams
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle

Nice to Have

• Experience across digital transformation or enterprise system implementations
• Exposure to cloud, ERP, CRM, data, or integration testing
• Experience within banking, retail, government, utilities, or enterprise environments
