Merchandiser - Geelong

The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution. This is a part-time, permanent position, covering the Geelong area. This field‑based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day. We are recruiting for:

• 24 hour week (3 or 4 days a week -Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
• 16 hour week (2 days - Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in‑store activations to support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores

About You You are a strong communicator who works autonomously and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. In addition, you will have:

• Access to your own vehicle during working hours
• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professional presentation and confidence when representing our brand in stores
• Strong time management skills to meet scheduled service requirements
• Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
• The ability to build strong store relationships and collaborate with team members across multiple territories
• A proactive, resilient, and solutions‑focused approach when navigating daily challenges
