Job Description Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Geelong office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management in one of Victorias fastest growing towns. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and grow the Geelong Commercial Property Portfolio
• Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
• Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
• Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants

QualificationsIdeal Candidate:

• Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
• Authentic personality with a "can-do" approach

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
