About The Role This leadership position is responsible for all operational components of Community Solutions Group’s Support Coordination services across Queensland and Victoria, as well as the Business Services team that supports operations. The role provides direction and ensures delivery of an exceptional participant and stakeholder experience. What You Will Be Doing In this role you will provide strategic leadership to ensure consistent, high quality Support Coordination services. You will guide Team Leaders and staff, strengthen stakeholder relationships and oversee operational quality aligned with NDIS Practice Standards. You Will

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Support Coordination across multiple regions
  • Provide expert guidance to staff and oversee service quality and participant outcomes
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage escalated service issues
  • Support growth opportunities through effective engagement and referral development
  • Supervise teams, review service plans and manage financial and safety requirements
  • Oversee the functioning of the Business Services team which manages functions such as call centre, administrative requirements and billing.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Support Coordination practices
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience managing staff performance and contributing to business outcomes.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management and financial oversight
  • Ability to travel as required
