The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership role within CE Group, taking ownership of a scaled manufacturing function that is not yet performing to its full potential. You will reset expectations, lift performance, and position manufacturing as a core commercial driver of the business.

• Take full accountability for a $50M+ manufacturing operation and its commercial outcomes
• Drive measurable improvements in throughput, margin, and delivery reliability
• Embed manufacturing as a trusted and integrated function across the broader business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Performance & Commercial Ownership

• Own full P&L accountability including cost control, margin improvement, and forecasting
• Align production with pipeline demand to accelerate revenue recognition
• Improve return on capital through disciplined asset and investment decisions

Operations & Delivery Excellence

• Increase throughput and remove bottlenecks across all manufacturing sites
• Standardise processes, metrics, and operating procedures to lift performance
• Reduce lead times while maintaining quality and delivery consistency

Leadership & Culture

• Lead and hold accountable a multi-layered leadership team across operations
• Address underperformance and build capability across key roles
• Establish succession planning and develop future leaders within manufacturing

HSEQ Commitment (Non-Negotiable)

• Enforce a zero-compromise safety culture across all sites
• Maintain full compliance with legislative, ISO, and internal standards
• Proactively identify and eliminate risk through audits and corrective actions

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience leading manufacturing or complex operational environments
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability at scale
• Ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on operational outcomes
