Senior PhysiotherapistFull TimePlenty, VICWhy Concentric? This isn’t your typical aged care role. At Concentric, we’re redefining what allied health in aged care looks like. Instead of purely maintenance-based care, our teams deliver proactive, outcomes-focused therapy through dedicated onsite wellness centre that helps our clients thrive. You’ll work in a model that goes beyond standard aged care treatment, delivering tailored wellness plans, structured rehabilitation programs, and engaging group exercise and fitness sessions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, cognition, and overall quality of life. Our clinicians partner closely with residential teams while also supporting community clients, giving you the chance to run groups, provide targeted 1:1 therapy, and see real functional progress in your clients. If you’re looking for a role where you can be hands-on, innovative, and truly make an impact - this is aged care done differently. The Role Unwrapped

  • Discover strengths: Uncover what helps each resident thrive.
  • Assess the residents: to understand their functional abilities, goals, and challenges, identifying opportunities to improve mobility, safety, and participation in daily activities.
  • Develop personalised therapy: that enhance independence, build strength and confidence, and support residents to live well through targeted rehabilitation, group programs, and meaningful functional activities.
  • Collaborate: Team up with residents, families, and colleagues for person-centred care.
  • Document: Keep documentation clear, simple, and spot-on.
  • Stay sharp: Learn the latest research and best practices.
  • Engage & thrive: Join meetings, case chats, and growth opportunities—while having fun with the team.

Your Journey With Us:

  • A generous remuneration package with additional incentives
  • Flexibility with work hours. Put the phone away; no weekend work = no need to be on call
  • A structured clinical mentoring and education program tailored to your experience.
  • A jam-packed social calendar with your crew - including our legendary monthly ‘Fun Fridays’
  • Unlock your potential with $10k+ in mentoring, training, and education—including $1k for courses, paid study days, and ongoing upskilling

Together We Grow:

  • Annual allowance towards professional development and 2 days of study leave
  • Fairy Dust fund to enable your acts of kindness, giving back to clients who need it most
  • Access free EAP coaching, counselling, and wellbeing exercises for life, work, and everything in between

What makes you our unicorn:

  • Relationship builder: you know how to collaborate with other clinicians and families to deliver a real impact.
  • A go-getter personality who thrives on helping others and providing quality care.
  • Influence and trust: a natural ability to connect with people quickly and authentically.
  • Proactive mindset: solutions-focused, with a hunger for growth.
  • Be the advocate who champions your residents, always putting their best interests first.

The non negotiables :

  • A Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check

Think You have What It Takes? Our purpose is clear and our motto is simple. Big hearts. Brilliant minds.
