About the Role

We're looking for a senior HR professional who leads from the front and can influence meaningful change. You will work directly with the Board, Executive Leadership Team, and Operational Heads to deliver people strategies that lift performance, manage risk, and embed a culture that lasts.From managing complex ER matters across Australia and New Zealand to designing and executing a future-focused People strategy, this is an opportunity to shape the People function.

What You’ll Bring

10+ years in progressive HR leadership, ideally within high-risk such as oil and gas, mining, or construction Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, restructures, compliance, and workforce planning Working knowledge of Fair Work, NES, Modern Awards (especially Hydrocarbons & Professional Employees Award), and NZ employment law A commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex issues

Experience with systems such as JobAdder and Employment Hero Sound judgment, the ability to challenge constructively, and a practical, results-driven leadership style
