Your Role:
- Collaborate directly with the Project Manager on critical project documentation, cost control, and reporting.
- Drive site momentum by managing RFIs, submittals, and seamless subcontractor coordination.
- Assist with job cost accounting, budgeting, and smart procurement.
- Help develop, track, and maintain accurate project schedules.
- Provide on-site supervision and champion quality control across active sites.
- Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and certifying authorities.
What you bring to the table:
