A Deloitte Fast 50 Finalist in 2019 (4th) and 2022 (9th), CSO Group is entering a new phase of accelerated growth. As part of our next growth phase, we're expanding our reach into QLD. We've already built a solid customer base across the state and now we need a strategic Account Director to help us grow further.

This is a high-impact opportunity for experienced sales professionals with strong networks across cyber security enterprise and government. You'll lead new business conversations, deepen relationships with existing customers and help shape the future of security in your region.

What the role looks like:

As Account Director you’ll drive strategy sales and growth within a portfolio of enterprise and government clients. Your focus will be on new logo acquisition and growing wallet share across advisory professional and managed services.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative cross-functional team including solution consultants, architects and vendor partners to shape and deliver impactful outcomes.

You’ll work directly with CXOs, CISOs and senior stakeholders to solve complex business problems with value-led cybersecurity solutions.

This role will see you

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Drive new business opportunities and lead full sales cycles
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape and deliver proposals
  • Grow subscription and license revenues through renewals and upsell
  • Lead QBRs and workshops to build joint roadmaps with clients
  • Collaborate with our advisory and delivery teams to extend services into accounts

You’re a great fit if you have

  • 10+ years in account management or consultative sales in cybersecurity and services
  • Proven ability to sell to enterprise and government customers
  • Experience building strategy and managing complex sales cycles
  • A strong understanding of cyber advisory services and regulatory frameworks
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth
