Change Management Analyst for Major Cloud Implementation

We are looking for a go getter that makes change happen. If you work in change management, have Defence or Commonwealth Government experience and are looking for a long term contract this could be an opportunity for you.

About the Company

Working with one of the largest technology implementers in the world, you will work in and ICT delivery team, driving change for the implementation of cloud implementation (Azure and AWS).

About the Role

This is a new contract role that is part of a growing team ready and available now. The role will support a growing change management team. This will include developing change plans, communications and engagement, working and managing senior stakeholders, data analysis and measuring user experience and change effectiveness. This will be a challenging role, with changing requirements and high pressure that will adjust day to day plans and focus.

Experience

• Communications planning and writing
• Transforming technical content to executives
• Help manage incoming customers and managing these stakeholders expectations, adoption and progress.
• Cloud Training and support
• Business Analysis skills
• Engage and support stakeholders through effective communication and consultation.
• Design and deliver training and support materials to facilitate
• Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate change progress and adoption, adjusting as needed.
• Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers to help them fulfil their change leadership roles

Location & Eligibility

While Canberra, ACT is preferred, other locations where the client is based will be considered including Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane.

Security Requirements

Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold a minimum Baseline security clearance. Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.

Preferred working on site however there will be some flexibility to WFH around stakeholder and team commitments
