Senior Consultant (Management Consulting)

We are currently looking for Senior Consultants to join our team in Australia, ready to take on new challenges and be part of a fast-growing and ambitious company

Your role:

• Drive analysis, synthesise and structure insights to produce deliverables for client engagements.
• Present recommendations and coach the client’s team to deliver transformational change and lasting results.
• Structure problems, identify root causes and steer the project towards progress.
• Foster deep and trusting relationships with our clients, supporting them with problem solving, developing improvement initiatives and accelerating implementation.
• Provide mentoring and coaching for junior team members to accelerate their development.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to produce proposals.
• Play a key role in managing internal processes such as Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Knowledge Management and Training.

Location: Adelaide (preferred) or Sydney

About you:

• Above-average performance in a relevant Engineering and/or Business degree. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree desired.
• Successful management consulting experience (minimum of 4 years), preferably in industrial sectors (e.g., defence, aerospace, manufacturing, energy/utilities, transport and infrastructure).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Confident on taking project management responsibilities and leading a team.
• Motivation to further grow with a young and ambitious company.
• Enthusiastic about working in teams and a willingness to travel between Australian cities and regions.
• A curious mind with a strong desire to learn. Driven to go above and beyond expectations.
• Proficient in English.
• Australian citizen. Security Clearance
