Business Analyst

Our client is a leading utility provider delivering essential services to the community with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and innovation. As the organisation continues to modernise its technology and operational environments, it is embarking on a major IT Network Segmentation Project - a strategic initiative to strengthen cybersecurity and streamline the integration between IT and OT systems. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical/Functional Business Analyst with experience across Operational Technology (OT), Cybersecurity, and Change Management to play a pivotal role in the success of the IT Network Segmentation Project. You'll work closely with SCADA Engineers, Cybersecurity Managers, and Project Managers to bridge the gap between technical and functional domains - ensuring readiness, managing change, and facilitating clear communication across both IT and engineering teams. About You You'll bring strong analytical, documentation, and change facilitation skills, along with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and OT systems such as SCADA or MES. Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical/Functional Business Analyst in OT and Cybersecurity environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across IT and OT teams.
• Experience in Change Analysis, Change Management, and Communications Planning.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into functional, business-friendly language.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, and the Microsoft Suite (including Teams).
• Understanding of cybersecurity risks and the rationale behind IT/OT network segmentation.

Desired Experience

• Exposure to network segmentation programs, including establishing new Windows domains.
• Hands-on experience in Operational Technology (SCADA, MES, or similar).
• Familiarity with testing, readiness, and deployment planning for infrastructure projects
