Who You Are You are a friendly, organised, and proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Your qualities include:

  • Proven experience in reception or customer service, ideally in corporate or hospitality settings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming manner
  • Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in office software and phone systems, handling enquiries and directing them appropriately
  • A proactive team player with a neat appearance and commitment to maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area

What You'll Do

  • Connect with visitors, clients, and guests professionally to create a positive and lasting impression
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and enquiries to the correct teams or departments
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing key staff calendars
  • Maintain an organised, tidy reception area and manage office supplies and mail
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, including filing, data entry, travel coordination, and event planning
