Program Manager – Medical Device Development

Company Overview:Dentroid is an innovative Australian MedTech company advancing non-invasive therapeutic technologies, including Nuralyte, a groundbreaking photo-biomodulation (PBM) device that enables pain-free dentistry and next-generation light-based therapies, as well as laser-based Dental Robotics systems. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the development, production, and supply chain sourcing and management of Nuralyte and other products from R&D through to manufacturing and market launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the Nuralyte program – from research and prototyping through to regulatory approval, tooling, production, market entry and post-launch surveillance.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical, manufacturing, quality, regulatory) to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Oversee supplier, sourcing, selection, procurement, and supply chain operations within Australia and internationally.

• Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners to transition designs into scalable production.

• Implement and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and compliance with ISO 13485 and related medical device standards.

• Drive continuous improvement, resource planning, and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven extensive experience managing medical device R&D and manufacturing projects.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and vendor management in a regulated industry.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of implementing, maintaining and overseeing ISO 13485, GMP, and regulatory pathways (TGA, FDA, CE).

• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
