The Team - Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Join DECYP’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) as an Administration Officer. You will keep a busy office running in a fast-paced, highly regulated VET environment aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025. You will be the first point of contact for teachers, VET leaders, school administrators and industry. Manage multiple inboxes, respond to enquiries, and coordinate correspondence and briefings. Plan and deliver Professional Learning Days and online forums, including calendar invites and travel. Maintain accurate records across RTO and DECYP systems (aXcelerate, MS Teams and Content Manager) and prepare accurate certification and compliance documentation to ensure qualifications are issued correctly and on time. Success looks like sharp attention to detail, calm prioritisation across competing deadlines, clear written communication, sound judgement and strong initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems early. You will work independently and take initiative, while closely supporting the broader team as competing priorities arise. About The Role Provide professional, efficient and proactive administrative support to optimise and ensure productivity within DECYP Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We Are Offering

  • ASAP for 12 months
  • 73.5 hours per fortnight

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment
