Primary Objective: Assist Aboriginal communities and relevant stakeholders to develop, plan and support the implementation of Aboriginal community-led Child and Family Centres to ensure services are culturally responsive, place-based, build on local leadership and community capacity, informed by strong evidence base aligned with and leveraging broader reform agendas such as NTRAI and related programs to maximise outcomes for communities.
