Estimator

A long-established and highly regarded residential builder in WA is seeking an Estimator to join their collaborative and supportive team. This is a key position for an Estimator who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering accurate estimates that support quality homes and smooth project delivery. The Role Will Involve

• Working closely with sales consultants, administration, construction, and scheduling teams
• Providing accurate pricing across all build stages, from sales through to construction
• Preparing detailed documentation for point of sale and contract administration
• Estimating across single and double-storey homes, units, rural and infill projects
• Pricing standard house models as well as site-specific costs including earthworks
• Completing margin analysis and maintaining accurate cost records
• Assisting with cost reconciliation in collaboration with the scheduling team

About you:

• 2 years’ estimating experience within residential or project home construction
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Practical, commercially minded and a clear communicator
• Highly detail-focused, numerate and diligent with strong CPU skills
• Experience across a range of construction types (double brick, timber frame, brick veneer)
