We are seeking a highly capable Administration Coordinator – National Accounts to support our National Accounts team and help deliver outstanding outcomes for some of our most important customers. This role suits someone who is commercially minded, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being hands‑on while juggling multiple priorities. About The Role Reporting to the National Accounts team, you will play a critical coordination role across customer service, commercial administration and internal stakeholders. Working closely with Customer Service Specialists and Business Development Managers, you will ensure seamless day‑to‑day service delivery while supporting pricing, forecasting, reporting and customer initiatives. You will be trusted to manage competing deadlines, think analytically, and proactively solve problems to keep customers and internal teams moving forward. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end service for nominated National Accounts, ensuring accurate, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the key contact for customer enquiries, orders, credits and account reconciliation, resolving issues with a solution‑focused approach.
- Support pricing, forecasting, reporting and RFQ submissions, providing accurate data and commercial insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Production to ensure seamless delivery of customer and business outcomes.
About You
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand pricing, forecasting and customer impact.
- Excellent communicator, able to build credibility and manage stakeholders with confidence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform analytical, detail‑driven tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Resilient and solution‑focused, performing effectively under pressure.
Highly Desirable
- Positive, growth‑oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Confident, engaging and collaborative — constructive rather than confrontational.
- Ability to move quickly, make sound decisions and stay hands‑on.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and data management systems.
- You will also bring strong Microsoft Office skills and a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
