About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Butcher Shop Manager to lead our paddock-to-plate journey. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, engage the community, and promote sustainable food sourcing.

Lead with Heart: Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Butchery Excellence: Oversee meat preparation with care and precision; educate customers on cuts and cooking.

Community Connection: Build strong customer relationships; get involved in local events to share your passion and our product.

Sustainable Sourcing: Partner with local farms and promote regenerative practices.

Marketing & Engagement: Use creative marketing, social media, and partnerships to share our story.

Operational Oversight: Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and finances; maintain a clean, welcoming shop.

About You

- Skilled in butchery with a strong belief in sustainable food systems.

- Leadership experience with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

- Creative, engaging, and community-minded.

- Retail or hospitality management experience preferred.

- Knowledge of nutrition and cooking techniques is a plus.
